Cancellation policy
This withdrawal policy applies to all orders placed via our website.
1. right of revocation You have the right to revoke your order within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason. The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.
2. exclusion of the right of withdrawal The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Quickly perishable foodstuffs or goods that are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons, provided that their seal has been removed after delivery.

3. return of the goods You do not have to give us a separate explanation for the return. The goods must be returned or handed over to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days of the day on which you received them. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline expires.
The returned items must be undamaged and in perfect condition.
The customer is responsible for the delivery charges if the goods are returned by post.
If you are located in our delivery area, you can easily organize the return by sending us a message with the collection address and possible days and time periods by SMS or WhatsApp to +43676 319 8063. A return fee of €4 will be charged for collection.
We do not charge a restocking fee.
4 Consequences of withdrawal If you withdraw your order, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs for a different type of delivery than the standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive the return of the goods. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.
