Cancellation policy of Drinkus e.U.
1. Cancellation options
1.1 Standard delivery
- Customers have 24 hours after placing the order to cancel it.
- Cancellation must be made by e-mail, contact form or WhatsApp/SMS to us.
- If the delivery notification has already been sent, the order can no longer be canceled and the full amount will be charged.
1.2 Express delivery
- Cancellation is not possible for express orders, as the order is processed immediately.
- The full amount will be invoiced directly.
1.3 No cancellation fee
- There is no processing fee for cancelation.
2. right of withdrawal & return
- Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
- The right of withdrawal only applies to unopened, undamaged and flawless products.
- Opened items or personalized orders are excluded from withdrawal.
3. return & collection
- Customers shall bear the costs of return shipment.
- If collection by us is desired, a collection fee of €4 will be charged.
- Further details on revocation can be found in our revocation policy.
4. refund
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
- Processing may take 5-10 working days.
