This website is operated by Drinkus e.U. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Drinkus e.U. Drinkus e.U. offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including any additional terms and policies referenced herein or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or content contributors.

Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc., who provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.


SUBSCRIPTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Scope

These terms apply to the subscription program of Drinkus e.U., which includes recurring deliveries of soft drinks as well as coffee and tea. By subscribing, the customer agrees to these terms as part of the general Terms of Service of Drinkus e.U.

2. Subscription Plans & Discounts

Monthly Subscription:

  • Coffee & Tea: 3% discount each month, 6% discount after 10 orders

  • Soft Drinks: 5% discount each month, 15% discount after 10 orders

Bi-Monthly Subscription:

  • Coffee & Tea: 2% discount every two months, 5% after 6 orders

  • Soft Drinks: 3% discount every two months, 10% after 6 orders

3. Billing & Renewal

The billing amount is automatically charged based on your chosen subscription (monthly or every two months). The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled or paused by the customer.

Cash on Delivery is not available.

Deliveries are made on the day of the month the subscription was created. If the date falls on a weekend or public holiday, delivery may be slightly delayed.

4. Cancellation & Pausing

Subscriptions can be cancelled or paused at any time via the customer account.

If an order has already been processed, cancellation or pause will apply from the next billing period.

5. Price Changes & Legal Adjustments

Prices may change due to legal reasons (e.g. bottle deposit laws) or market price increases for coffee and tea. Customers will be notified via email in advance.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

If an order is cancelled less than 24 hours before delivery, refunds are not possible.
Timely cancellations will result in no further charges for the next billing period.


FAQ – Subscription Program

1. How does the Drinkus subscription work?
You can receive regular deliveries of your favorite drinks and enjoy exclusive discounts. Choose between monthly or bi-monthly delivery. Delivery is on the same day each cycle, with minor delays possible on weekends or holidays.

2. What discounts do I get as a subscriber?

  • Coffee & Tea (monthly): 3%, then 6% after 10 orders

  • Soft Drinks (monthly): 5%, then 15% after 10 orders

  • Coffee & Tea (bi-monthly): 2%, then 5% after 6 orders

  • Soft Drinks (bi-monthly): 3%, then 10% after 6 orders

3. How can I cancel or pause my subscription?
At any time in your account. Cancellations apply to the next billing period if an order is already processed.

4. Can I cancel an order after it’s placed?
If it's cancelled less than 24 hours before delivery, no refund is possible.

5. Are there price changes?
Yes, prices may change due to legislation or ingredient costs (e.g. coffee/tea). You will be informed via email in advance.

6. Which payment methods are available?
Subscriptions are automatically charged to your saved payment method. Cash on Delivery is not available.
