If you are already a Drinkus customer, we will collect your deposit bottles free of charge with every order. The amount will be credited to your customer account and manually applied to your order.

For everyone else

Not a customer yet? No problem! We collect your single-use deposits and returnable crates anywhere in Vienna – for just €7.99 per pickup (incl. VAT). Especially convenient for events or larger quantities. You can select a preferred day and time window.

How it works

1. Register: Fill out the form and start your pickup request.
2. Prepare your deposit: Please provide PET bottles and glass bottles separately in black garbage bags or crates.
3. Preferred date: Select your day and time window – we’ll come during the chosen slot.
4. Refund: We count the deposit and transfer it to your IBAN within 5–7 business days.

Payment of the pickup fee

The €7.99 pickup fee can be paid flexibly in cash on site, by card or by invoice.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Which deposit items can I hand in?
Single-use PET bottles and cans with the Austrian deposit symbol (€0.25) as well as returnable crates and bottles. Please provide PET and glass separately.

How do I get my money?
The deposit is counted and transferred to your provided IBAN.

Can I change my pickup date?
Yes, simply let us know via WhatsApp or email.

What happens to damaged bottles?
Damaged items will not be refunded or returned.
